To the Right Worfull his Maties Justices of the
peace of the County of Middx

The humble Petition of James Robinson< no role >
of the parish of St Giles in the fields in
the County of Middx aforesaid Hempdresser

Sheweth


That your Petitioner served seven years as
an Apprentice to the Trade of a Hempdresser and
has ever Since followed the said Trade, and did
for severall years serve the house of correction
at Clerkenwell with materialls for the imploying
of idle and disorderly persons sent thither to work
And the Office or Place of Governor of the said house
being now vacant by the death of Capt Boreman
the late Governor

Yor Petr [..] therefore humbly prays
yor Worpps to take the premisses into yor
consideration, and to admitt him into
the said Office or place he being as
he humbly conceives a person very
fitly quallified for the same

And yor Petr. shall ever pray Etc
