last past under the hands and Seales of Peter Lavigne< no role > &
John Roydhouse< no role > Esqrs . two of her Maties Justices of the Peace
for the Libty of Westrn. in this County (Quor anns) one
Sarah Vyalls< no role > wife of Nathaniel Vyalls< no role > (who was absconded)
was removed from the Parish of st. Martin in the Fields in
the said Libty & County to the said Parish of sd
Bartholomew the great was being the place where the said
Nathaniel Vyalls< no role > was last legally settled.

That yor. Peticonrs. find themselves aggrieved by the sd
Warrt. or ordr. of the sd. Justices. & humbly appale agt. the
same to this Honble Court.

Yor. Peticonrs. therefore humbly Pray yor. Wopps
will be pleased to ordr. the Church wardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the sd. Parish of st. Martin in the
Fields & all other p [..] conversed to attend this Court
some day this present Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court upon & Touching
the sd. Appeale, and that yor. Peticoner. may have
such relief here in as to yor. Wopps shall seem meet [..]
