Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two
of her Majts. Justices of the peace for the said [..]
of Westmr. (quor [..] un) by you the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of st
Martin in the Fields That Sarah Vyalls< no role > [..]
of Nathaniell Vyalls< no role > who is absconded & cannot [..]
be found at present is come & intruded into
your said parish endeavouring to settle herself [..]
contrary to Law and that she is chargeable to
your said parish And whereas upon Examinacon
touching the Premisses taken before us upon Oath
wee the said Justices do adjudge That the said
sarah Vyalls< no role > is chargeable to your said
Parish And wee do also advise that the the said
Parish of St. Bartholomew the Great of the place

legally Settled These are therefore in her

said Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said parish of St. Martin in the Fields
to remove and convey the said Sarah Vyall< no role >
out of and from your said parish unto the
Said parish of St Bartholomew the Great
London and her to deliver to the Church Warden
and Overseers of the poor there or to some or
one of them who are here by required to
receive the said Sarah Vyalls< no role > t into their
Care and to provide for her according to
