Sheweth.
That your Peticoner by his Indenture of Apprenticeship bearing [..]
the Third day of September Anno Dom. 1712 . And in yr. Eleaventh
of her now present Maties: Reigne became an Apprentice to [..]
Hanson of the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in [..]
Baker for the Terme of Seaven Yeares Comemeing from [..]
Recited Indenture. At thereby may more att large Appeare.

That Your Peticoners. said Master hath very frequently beat [..]
bruised him in a most barbarons and [..] mmane marnner with
Cause and hath not allowed him sufficient necessaries In so much that [..]
drank nothing but Water three Weeks togeather.

That your Peticoner about three Weeks agoe went to the Worppll: Justice Fulle [..]
and the made abovesaid Complaint who granted his Warrant against [..]
said Samuell Hanson< no role > his Master is order to have brought him before
some other of her Maties. Justices of the peace to answer yr abovesaid
Complt and to be further dealt with according to Law But your
Peticoner freinds and yr. Constable having been very diligent [..]
to take his said Master. And he Absconding and hidering himse [..]

Therefore humbly prays Your Worpps that Conside [..]
the premises. you will be pleased to grant an Orde [..]
the said Master to shew Cause why he should not
discharged from his said Indenture of Apprentices
and to appeare some day this present Sessions to [..]
said cause or that Your Worpps would be pleas [..]
discharge him from the same. for that he [..]
be taken.
