Whereas by Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace held for this County on Monday the second
day of July last, It was Ordered that Jon. Sabatier< no role > & Jeffery
Nash< no role > late Surveyors. of the high ways for the Dutchy Libty
in the Strand in the parish of St. Clement Danes in this
County should attend her Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County at their speciall Sessions to be held at the Court house
in Bloomsbury in & for Holborne Division in the sd. County
and lay before them a true accot. of their disbursmt.
touching the amendmt. & repaire of the highways & bridges
within the sd Libty for the yr. last past, and the sd Justices
of the peace were thereby desired to sumon before
them the Ch: Wden. of the sd parish of St. Clement Danes
inhabiting within the sd Libty & alsoe the Burgesses
Assistants & other antient Inhibtants of the sd Libty who
are usually prsent at the makeing of Parish rates and
heare what objeccons they had, to thepetrsaccts. of the sd
Sabatier & Nash touching the prmissestheir disbursmts. in mending &
repaireing the Liberty pavemts: and new building strand
bridge & repaireing the cause way there,And if on prseing
the sd accts. & heareing of what should be alledged by the sd
parties touching the prmisses It should appeare to the
