it being att the time of the Forty dayes Act, wherein any
Person liveing or Cohabiting for the Space of Forty days
made them a Settlement, And alsoe finding that the sayd

Adjudg. the sayd parish

in the Liberty and Freedom of the City of London to be
the place of the last legall Settlement of the sayd

And doe therefore in her Maties. name charge and
Command the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poore of
the Liberty above the Barrs forthwith to remove and Convey the
said Sarah Briggs from the Liberty above the Barrs in the said
County to the Liberty of the City of London in the sayd Pish
and deliver her to the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor there or
to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive her
into their Care and provide for her according to Law: Given under our
hands and Seales this 10th. day of July Anno Dni 1711
