the County of Surrey wid taken on Oath the Seaventh
day of May Ao. Dui 1694

Who saith that this Morning Robt. Fraile< no role > of Dead
mans Place aforesaid Potter her Father in Law had
feloniously Stolen out of his yard a kettle Pott & a
kettle wch. were found in the Possession of John Low< no role >
& John Barnes< no role > and further saith not

The Informacon of Matthew Horne< no role > of the
Parish of St. Mary white Chappell Joyner
taken on Oath the day & year aforesd.

Who saith that this Morning about four of the Clock
John Low< no role > & John Barnes< no role > came by the Watch house in
Rosemary Lane (together with one Robert Cooper< no role > who made
his escape) John Low< no role > having a Kettle & John Barnes< no role >
having a Copperpot wch. he suspected they had Stolen whereupon
he apprehended them and they confessed they had Stolen
them out of Deadmans Peace aforesaid:
