He Saith, that bring a drinking att the Ale house a-
foresaid, in the company of the persons aforesaid, the

sage, butt lett them pass by, but Saith that John Ender

took itt up upon his Stick, and threw itt again from of
his Strick, & att the Same time call'd the [..] women in [..]
company in wch. he was bitches, & So walked away a gil-
ter of an hour after John Enderby< no role > , & two persons [..]
wch. her beleives were the Same company [..]
as he beleives with an intention to quarrell, Robert Rhodes< no role >
haveing given them Some ill words, & upon their return-
ing John Enderby< no role > gave this examinant one blow on
his head, & another on his arme, on wch. he draw his
Sword to defend himself, and Strook one blow with
his Sword and memorry but he is sure her Strook not the person
deceas'd.
