The Said Informts: upon their Severall oaths now Say; that Mary Warnell< no role >
the wife of George Warnell< no role > was about Two Months agoe at Worke in
their Lodgings roome and about that time did feloniously Steale and
Carry away from due out of the Said seeme Six Ounces and Three dra [..]
of Gold and Silver Threed beings the proper Goods of Ann Straty< no role > wid:
and a Suite of Womens head cloaths a Callicoe Hood a Cantine Handkerchiefe
and one Shillings Three pence in Money numbered beings ye. Goods and
Money of the Said Eliza: Billington< no role > ; And the Sd. Informts. as beinge the Said
May Warnell if She had taken the aforesaid Goods. she then to them
did Confess and Say that she did take and Carry (away) an aforesd. Goods

for their Maties: Justices of the peace for the said
County this 21t: day of Aprill And Dend: 1694:

The Said Examt: now Saith that about Two months agoe She was at
worke in the Lodginge roome of the above menconed Eliza: Billington< no role >
and Mary Browne< no role > ; and that she did at the Same time Steale and Carry
away from and but of ye. Sd. roome all the above menconed Goods
beinge [..] unce's & Three Draclues of Gold & Silver Thred; a Suite
of Womens head cloaths a Calicoe Wood a Calico Handkerchiefes and one
Shillings Three pence in Money numbered; and that she afterwards gave
the Gold & Silver Threed to one Thomas Haines< no role > to Sell for her; whoe
Prsently after gave her about five shillings of the money he then
Sold it for; and for the other Goods she doth not will know
where they are now;
