To the Right Worps. their Mates Justices of the Peace for the
City and Liberty of Westminster and County of Midds.

Sheweth

The humble Peticon of Thomas Saunders< no role > High
constable of Finsbury Division in the Hundred
of Ossulston in the said County.

That at the generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden for the said County
in October 1689 your Peticoner was elected to Serve the said Office of High
Constable For the said Division.

That your Peticoner hath been lately visited with a great Fitt of Sickness
almost to the hazard of his life and he being still very infirme and crazy in
body See that he is not longer able to everute the Said office.

Your Peticoner therefore most humbly prays
your Worpps to be pleased to grant that he may
be discharged from the said Office of High
constable and that one of the persons hereunder
named may be elected to Succeed your Peticoner in
the Same Office.

And yor. Peticoner shall ever Pray Etc.
