Being in number One Hundred and nineteen Offenders so removed
conveyed and delivered as aforesaid for each of which said Offenders the said

as Keeper of the said Goal of Newgate
for the County of
Middlesex
by virtue of the said Act of Parliament claims to be paid by the
said County the Sum of Fourteen shillings and ten pence being the Fee which
hath usually been paid and would have been due to the said Richard
Akerman as such Keeper of the said Gaol for the said County in case all
such Offenders had been removed to have been Transported amounting in the
whole to the Sum of Eighty eight Pounds Five shillings and two pence and
the said Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413.
craves that the said Sum of Eighty eight Pounds
Five shillings and two pence and also the Sum of Eight Pounds Two
shillings for the Expences he hath incurred in the removal and conveyance of
the said Offenders may be allowed to him by the Order of the Worshipful His
Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
assembled at this
present General Session of the Peace holden for the said County in
pursuance of the said Act of Parliament in order that the said Richard
Akerman may receive the Money due for such Fees and Expences amounting
together to the Sum of Ninety six Pounds seven shillings and two pence from
the Treasurer
of the said County in pursuance of the said Act of Parliament.

Oath and Saith that the above is a true and just Account according to the
best of his knowledge and belief and that he is entitled to the Fee of Fourteen
shillings and ten pence for each and every Person mentioned in the said
Account And this Deponent further Saith that he has for the purposes aforesaid
expended the full Sum of Eight Pounds and two shillings.
