It was Moved that Mr. Leroux's Bills be returned to him and
that he be requested to fill up the blanks and to return the same to the
Clerk of the Peace together with the several Plans and Estimates therein
referr'd to and that the same be considered on the County day of the
next Session and that Notice be thereof given by Letter to His Majesty
Justices of the Peace for this County - which being Seconded was
carried in the affirmative.
Ordered that the Clerk of the Peace for this County do
draw out and produce on the County day of the next Session all Orders and
Proceedings of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for this County relative
to the employing of Jacob Leroux< no role >

It having been stated to the Court on behalf of Mrs.
Eyles that it was apprehended that there was some mistake in the
Account of the Coltage Money to her prejudice - Resolved that
Mrs. Eyles do pay to Mr. Hall the Sum of Twenty Pounds in full of the
Ballance due from her late Husband deceased on that Account and
that a New Account be opened of the Coltage Money.

The Chairman laid before the Court a Copy of the Act of
Parliament for raising the Money for defraying the Expence of Building
the House of Correction and the same was Read.

The following Report of the Committee appointed to Examine
and adjust from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of
this County as well with respect to his Receipt as his Expenditures
and also to Examine and audit all demands of what nature or kind
soever made on this County previous to the payment thereof
being laid before the Court Vizt.
