It was moved that the Thanks of this Court be given to Mr.
Leroux for his assistance in forming the Plans for the intended House of
Correction and his great Pains and attention during the whole of the
Business relative to the said House of Correction , which being Seconded
was Resolved unanimously in the affirmative.

By adjournment same day

The following Report of the Committee appointed to Examine and adjust
from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County
as well with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and also to Examine
and audit all Demands of what nature or kind soever made on this County
previous to the payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.

"Middlesex

To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the peace holden for
the said County in the Month of May 1786 assembled.

The Report of the Committee appointed to Examine

That in pursuance of the Order of reference to them
made they have Examined the following Bills and Demands Vizt.

An Account of Inquisitions taken on the view of Dead Bodies by
Thomas Phillips< no role > Esqr . One of the Coroners for the County of
Middx from the 16th. day of April 1785 to the 22nd. day of April
1786 ( both inclusive) amounting to} £207..17s..3d

An Account of Inquisitions taken on the view of Dead Bodies by
Edward Umfreville< no role > Esqr . One other of the Coroners for the County
of Middlesex from the 5th. day of Novr. 1785 to the 26th. day of May
