It was moved that the Thanks of this Court be given to Mr.
Leroux for his assistance in forming the Plans for the intended House of
Correction and his great Pains and attention during the whole of the
Business relative to the said House of Correction
, which being Seconded
was Resolved unanimously in the affirmative.

The following Report of the Committee appointed to Examine and adjust
from time to time the Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County
as well with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures and also to Examine
and audit all Demands of what nature or kind soever made on this County
previous to the payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt.
