the Treasurer of this County for the payment of the several Sums therein

Three Gentlemen belonging to the Society of Quakers attended
the Court but there not being a sufficient number of Justices present
to enter upon County Business according to the Standing Orders of
the Court, the consideration of the Business was necessarily postponed.
Resolved that the Quakers be informed that the Court not being
a sufficient Number to proceed on this Business they may continue
the Possession of the Premises till next Session when this Subject will
be taken into Consideration, as also the payment of the Money due
to them
