The order for all Traverses
to be entered with the
clerk of the peace for
the first day of Session
confirmed and made
a Standing order}

The following Resolution come to at the last Session of the
Peace holden for this County standing for Confirmation being now
read Vizt. Ordered that all Traverses to be Tried at the General or
General Quarter Session of the Peace for this County be entered with the
Clerk of the Peace for this County for the first day of the Session (except
the Michaelmas Session and then for the first adjournment day
thereof) and not otherwise without leave of the Court "A Motion
was made that the same be Confirmed and the Question being)
Unanimously agreed to It is Ordered that the said Resolution
be a standing Order of this Court.

every quarter Session
should lay his accts. before
the Court confirmed and
made a Standing order}

The following Resolution come to at the last Session
of the Peace holden for this County standing for confirmation being
now Read Vizt. It is Ordered that the Collector of the Tolls of the
Saint James's Haymarket do on the County day of every Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden in and for this County lay a state
of his Accounts before the Court A Motion was made that the
same be Confirmed and the Question being Unanimously agreed to
It is Ordered that the said Resolution be a standing Order of this Court

The Treasurer [..] the
Commissrs. for buildg a
New Session house lays
before the Court his accts.}

Mr. Eyles Clerk and Treasurer to the Commissioners for
building the New Session house for this County in pursuance of the Order
made at the last Session of the Peace holden for this County laid before this
Court an account of his Receipts and Disbursements.

Account of the annual
produce of the County Estate}

Mr Benson the County Treasurer laid before this Court
(in pursuance of the Order at the last Session) the following Account Vizt.

"A Middlesex An Account of the Estate belonging to the Justices of the said County

"The Quakers Workhouse let at P Annum£42..- -
"The Tap at New Prison at P Annum£30..- -
"DoHouse of Correction at P Annum£20..- -

"Annual Acknowledgement paid by the
House keeper at Hicks Hall } £0..6s..8d

"At the Audit of the Treasurers
Account 5th Septr. 1783 the balance
in his hands was} £2..9s..11d

since reced

"Half a Years Rent of the Quakers
Workhouse due at Michas 1783} £24..- -

"Do. of the Tap at N :P: due do.£15.. .. -

N:B: No Rent has been reced for the Tap at Bridewell since
Michas 1783
