virtue of an act of the 12th. Year of his late Majesty King George
the second entitled "An Act for the more easy assessing collecting
and levying of County Rates" to Charles Eyles< no role > Esquire Clerk
and Treasurer to the said Commissioners appointed by virtue
of the said Act the Sum of £4000 to be applied for the purpose
in the said Act mentioned pursuant to the directions contained
in the said Act Dated this Eleventh day of May 1782.

It is Ordered that the Treasurer of this County do and
he is hereby directed to pay out of the money by him received or
to be received by virtue of an act of the 12th. Year of his late
Majesty King George the second entitled. "An Act for the more
easy assessing collecting and levying of County Rates" to
Charles Eyles< no role > Esquire Clerk and Treasurer to the said
Commissioners appointed by virtue of the act of Parliament
first above mentioned the Sum of Four thousand Pounds for
the use of the said Commissioners and to be applied for the
purposes in the said Act first above recited mentioned and
declared And that the Receipt of the said Charles Eyles< no role > together
with this order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said
Treasurer for such payment:
