By adjournment same day

Ordered that the Records belonging to the Sessions
for this County be removed with all convenient speed and care
to the Repository or Room at the New Session House intended
for their reception and Mr Eyles the Deputy Clerk of the Peace
is hereby desired to see the same removed to the said
Repository and properly arranged therein

By adjournment same day

Ordered that Mr. Edward Hall< no role > the House Keeper
do as soon after the termination of this present Session as
conveniently may be move into the said New Session House
in order to take care of the same and get the said Session
House properly aired and cleaned for the accommodation of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County for the
transaction of Public Business therein.

By adjournment same day

Ordered that the next General Quarter Session of the
Peace to be holden for this County (and which will begin on the sd.
1st. day of July) be begun and holden at the said Session House
and that notice hereof be forthwith advertized in the several
Morning and Evening Papers published within the Bills of
Mortality and also given individually to each of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace acting in and for this County.

By adjournment same day

Resolved unanimously that his Grace the Duke
of Northumberland Custos Rotuloum of this County be
requested to honour his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this
County with his Company at dinner on the first day of the
next Session at the New Session House.
