to meet and adjourn to such time and place as to them shall [..]

It appearing to this Court that the Bills for repairs done at New
Prison , the House of Correction at Clerkenwell and at Hicks Hall amo [..]
to a large Sum of Money but that it does not appear by whose order the [..]
repairs Etc have been done. Resolved that the said Bills be referred
to the Committee appointed to carry into immediate and effectual [..]
execution the repair of New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell in [..]
that the several Articles therein may be carefully examined and to [..]
and report by whose order the said Repairs and work hath been done
