23. May .

Stoddart shall forthwith deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Utensills belonging
to the said County being in the said County House of Correction which shall
be specified in the said Inventory or Account to which the said John Stoddart< no role >
is to Subscribe his Name as aforesaid and also all such other Goods and
Utensills as shall be bought or placed in the same House of Correction at
the Charge of the said County (and which are to be added to the said
Inventory or Account) in good Plight and Condition (reasonable use and
wearing thereof excepted) together with the Prisoners which were Committed
to the Custody of the said John Stoddart< no role > as Governor or Keeper of the said
House of Correction and shall be then undischarged in such manner and
to such Person or Persons as they shall be required is do by any order of
General Quarter or General Session of the Peace for the said County.

to Justices on being appointd.

St. Martin in the Fields Gentleman am held and
firmly bound to Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role >
and Bartholemew Hammond< no role > Esqrs . Justices of our
said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of our,
said Lord the King for the County of Middlesex in
five hundred Pounds of good and lawfull money
of Great Britain to be paid to the said Thomas Lane< no role >
George Errington< no role > Bartholemew Hammond< no role > or their
Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns
to which payment well and truly to be made J.
bind myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators
firmly by these Presents. Sealed with my [..]
Dated the thirty first day of May in the year of our
Lord 1765. and in the fifth year of the Reign of King,
George the third King of Great Britain Etc

Whereas his Majestys Justices of the Peace in their General Session Assembled
