To some of the Royal Family (if it should be required) or
to the Lord Lieutenant or Custos Rotulorum of this
County for the time being such other Adjournments being
contrary to the usual & settled Practice of the Court and
Tending to lesson & Honour Reputation of the Sessions
which Indulgence if not confined but granted to any
other persons of High rank Quality or Fortune would be
challenged & expected to be complied with to all & every
One in the same Condition & Situation which will hinder
& Obstruct the Business of this & occasion very frequent
Adjournments from House to House especially on the
Demise of the Crown when most of the Peers and Considbe.
Persons in the Kingdom are called on to take the Oaths
And it is further Ordered that when any Sessions
shall be held upon any such Occasion Agreable to the
Liberty hereby given no other person whatsoever
be permitted to take the said Oaths Etc. Without the
Knowledge Approbation and Consent of the Person
to whose House the said Adjournment is made
And the Tanks of this Court are hereby given to
Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . Chairman of the Sessions for
his Care of the Honour of the Commissions of the
Peace of this County on the late Occasion And this
Order is to be entried Amongst the Public Orders of
the Sessions.
