of the said House of Correction for any Offence or Offences by
them committed and which shall or without his or their Wilful
Default may at any times or times be received by him or his
Servant or Servants during such time as the said John Turner< no role >
Shall continue Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction
And also that he the said John Turner< no role > his Executors or Admors do
and Shall likewise well and truly Accompt and pay or cause
to be paid unto the Clerk of the peace of the said County for the
time being or his Deputy all such Fees as the said John Turner< no role >
or his respective Servant or Servants shall or without his or
their wilful Default may during the Time he shall continue
Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction receive
for the Use of such Clerk of the peace of any Prisoner or Prisoners
committed or to be committed to the said House of Correction
And also allow unto the Matron of the said House of Correction
for the time being the Appartment therein formerly and now
Allowed to the Matrons thereof And that in case the said John
Turner shall be displaced and discharged from the said Office
or Employment of Governor or Keeper of the said House
of Correction by Order of the Justices of the Peace for the
said County to be Assembled in their General Quarter or
General Sessions or the Major part of them That then he
the said John Turner< no role > shall forthwith Peaceably Deliver
and Quit the Possion of the said House of Correction
with the Appurtenances and the Goods and Utensils
belonging to the said County being in the said House of Correction
which shall be Specifyed in the Inventory or Account Annex'd
to the bond herein aftermentioned to which Inventory or
Account the said John Turner< no role > is to Subscribe his Name
And also all such other Goods and Utensils as shall hereafter
be bought or provided and placed in the said House of
Correction at the Charge of the said County (and which are
to be Added to the said Inventory or Account) in good Plight
or Condition / reasonable use and wearing thereof expected
together with the Prisoners committed to his Custody as
