Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction & then remaing
undischarged in such Manner and to such Person or Persons as he
shall be required to do by any Order of General Quarter or Gent.
Sessions of the peace for the said County And also that he the
said John Turner< no role > do forthwith Enter in to a Bond or Obligation
Unto Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . George Errington< no role > Esqr . and Bartholomew
Hammond
< no role > Esqr . in the Penal Sum of Five Hundred Pounds with
such Condition as is above Written or to such or the like Effect
And also with Condition that in Case the said John Turner< no role >
shall continue Keeper of the said House of Correction Until
the time of his Death That then the Executors or Admors
of the said John Turner< no role > shall Forthwith deliver up the aforesd.
Goods and Utensils belonging to the said County being in the
said House of Correction which shall be Specifyed in the said
Inventory or Account to which the said John Turner< no role > is to
Subscribe his Name as aforesaid and also all such other goods
and Utensils as shall be bought or placed in the same House
of Correction at the Charge of the said County (and which are to
be Added to the said Inventory or Account) in good Plight and
Condition reasonable Use and Wearing thereof excepted
together with the Prisoners which were committed to the
Custody of the said John Turner< no role > as Governor or Keeper of the
said House of Correction and shall be then Undischarged in
such Manner and to such person or persons as they shall be
required to do by any Order of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the Peace for the said County.
