And that in Case the said William Jones< no role > shall be displaced & discharged
from the said Office or Employment of Governor or Keeper of the said House
of Correction by Order of the Justices of the Peace for the Said County to
be assembled in their General Quarter or General Sessions or the major
part of them That then he the said Wm Jones< no role > shall forthwith peaceably
Deliver and Quit the Possession of the said House of Correction with the
Appurtenances and the Goods and Utensils belonging to the said County
being in the said House of Correction which shall be specifyed in the
Inventory or Account annexed to the Bond herein after mentioned to which
Inventory or Account the said Wm. Jones< no role > to subscribe his Name And also
all such other Goods and Utensils as shall hereafter be bought or provided
and placed in the same House of Correction at the Charge of the said
county (and which are to be added to the said Inventory or Account)
in good Plight or Condition (reasonable Use and Wearing thereof
excepted) together with the Prisoners committed to his Custody as
Governor or Keeper of the said House of Correction and then remaining
undischarged in such manner and to such Person or Persons as
he shall be required to do by any Order of General Quarter or General
Sessions of the Peace for the said County And Also that he the said
Wm Jones< no role > do forthwith Enter into a Bond or Obligation unto Thomas
Lane Esqr. George Errington< no role > Esqr . and Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqr.
in the Penal Sum of £500 with Such Condition as as is above
written And Also with Condition That in Case the said Wm Jones< no role >
shall continue Keeper of the said House of Correction until the time
of His Death That then the Extors or Admtors of the said Wm Jones< no role >
shall forthwith deliver up the aforesaid Goods and Untensils
belonging to the said County being in the said House of Correction
which shall be specifyed in the said Inventory or Account to which
the said Wm Jones< no role > is to subscribe his Name as aforesaid And also all
such other Goods and Utensils as shall be bought or placed in the same
House of Correction at the Charge of the said county (and which are
to be added to the said Inventory or Account) in good Plight & Condition
reasonable Use and wearing thereof excepted together with the
Prisoners which were committed to the custody of the said Wm Jones< no role >
as Governor or Keeper or the said House of Correction and shall
be then undischarged in such manner and to such Person or Person
as they shall be required to do by any Order of General Quarter
or General Sessions of the Peace for the said County

By the Court
