Condition of this Obligation is such that if the said Wm Jones< no role >
do and shall during he time he shall have the Care or keeping of the
said Prisons respectively keep his constant residence in the House of
Correction aforesd. and also be personally watchful & careful over the Prisoners
in each of the said Prisons detained And well demean himself in the Keeping of the
same Prisons And also if he his Extors on Admtors do and shall well and
truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the Sheriff of the said County for the time
being or his Order for the Use of his present Majesty King George the third
his Heirs and Successors All such Sum and Sums of Money as have been
or Shall be imposed or set for any Fine or Fines by His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in Sessions assembled on any Prisoner or Prisoners comitted to
either of the said Prisons and which shall or without the wilful Default of
the said Wm. Jones< no role > may at any time or times be received by him or his Servts.
during such time as he shall have the Care of the said Prisons And also
if the said Wm Jones< no role > his Extors or Admtors do and shall likewise well and
truly Account with and pay or Cause to be paid to the Clerk of the Peace of the
said County or his Deputy for the time being All such Fees as the said Wm.
Jones or his respective Servants or Under keepers shall or without his or
their Wilful Default may during the time he shall Continue in the Care or
Custody of the said Prisons or either of them receive for the Use of such Clerk
of the Peaceof the Peaceof any of the Prisoners as aforesaid And also allow unto
the Matron of the said House of Correction the Use of the Apartment therein
formerly allowed to the Matrons thereof And that when and as soon as the
said Wm. Jones< no role > shall be dismissed from the Care or Custody of the said Prisons
or either of them Then if he do forthwith peaceably quit and Deliver up the
Possession of the said House Correction and New Prison and either of them &
the Goods & Utensils there unto respectively belonging in good Plight & Condition
together with all Prisoners remaining undischarged is such manner as
shall be required of him by his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in Session assembled
or any Committee of them as now are or shall be Authorized to receive the same
And if the said Wm Jones< no role > shall continue in the Care or Keeping of the said
Prisons or either of them to the time of his Death Then if his Extors or
Admors Do forthwith Deliver al the said Goods and Utensils belonging to the
said Prisons or either of them together with the said Prisoners as aforesaid
without any loss hurt Imbezilment or Escape Then this Obligation to be
