This being the County day of the Sessions the Resolution of the Committee
relating to the Invitation of the Deputy Lieutenants of the County of Middlesex
and the Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminister
to concur
with and join in the proposed Address was Read and approved
The Address to His Majesty as agreed upon by the Committee also read and
approved
Several of the Deputy Lieutenants of the County of Middle sex being present
acquainted the Court they were well a pured it would be most agreable to their
Body to join on one Address upon the present Occasion and these present
agreed to the Address as approved by the Session

(which was then under an Adjournment) acquainted the Court
that he had consulted the several Gentlemen of the Commission who resided in
Town And that he had Authority from them to declare their Consent to join with
the County Commission in one Address upon the Occasion And that they did
unanimously Agree to and Concur in the Address communicated to them
from the session held for the County

Esqr be desired to waite on his Grace the Duke of New castle
with the said
Address form Approbation and to Desire that he would be pleased to inform
them what Day this Majesty would appoint for the said three Bodies to watte
upon his Majesty to present their said Address And when the said three
Gentlemen so appointed Should be informed of His Majesty's Detormenation
that they would give Orders for the Deputy Lieutenants and Justices of the
Peace for Middx and Justices of the Peace
for Middx and Justices of the
Peace for Westmr. to be Summoned to meet 10 for 11 Precisely at the St. Albans
Tavern to sign the said Address and from and from thence to proceed in a
Body to St James's
The said three Gentlemen accordingly waited on his Grace the Duke
of Newcastle
when he was pleased to Approve of the said Address, signed
it himself and informed them that Wednesday the tenth Instant would
be a proper Day to wait on His Majesty with the said Address
