informing this Court that he was appointed High Constable
in the
Said Hundred in May Sessions 1752 and in which he has continued
ever Since And that he is in a very ill State of health and
rendred incapable of carrying on his Busyness and not able to
execute the Said Office of High Constable any longer, And the
Said High Constable therefore prayed that this Court would be
pleased to discharge him from his Said Office and to appoint
another Person to be High Constable
in his Stead, This Court
being Satisfied of the Truth of the Premisses doth appoint Mr.

within the Said Hundred of Edmonton
in this County Farmer
to be High Constable
within the Same
Hundred in the Place
and Stead of the Said

And doth Order that the Said

do forthwith
(after notice to him given of this Order) attend and take his Oath
before one of
