Order for Mr. Higgs Trearer
to pay to Mr. John Daniel< no role >
£8.6s.6d for his Trouble in
putting up printed Orders
of Sessions}

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of
this County do pay unto Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court
the Sum of Three pounds Six shillings and six pence allowed to
him by this Court upon his bill for his Trouble and pains in putting
up in several parishes the printed Orders of Sessions made against
Drivers of Wheelbarrows and Throwers at Cocks and against
playing on the Sabbath day and also for putting up in severall
Divisions in this County the printed Orders of Sessions for suppressing
unlawfull Fairs and for his Horsehire and Expences in going to
Bushey Park for Venison for his Majestys Justices of the peace
of this County and that the reciept of the said John Daniel< no role >
together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to
the said Treasurer for such payment.

Application being made unto this Court by Mr. Henry Collet< no role > Gent
High Constable of Kensington Division within the hundred of
[..] of Ossulston in the County of Middx informing this Court
that he hath executed the sd. Office of High Constable within the said
Division for the space of three years and upwards and that he
hath paid all the publick Money by him recieved to the Trearer
of the Said County and praying that this Court will please to
discharge him from his said Office This Court being satisfied
of the Truth of the Premisses doth appoint Mr. Edward Anderson< no role >
[..] of the Parish of Chelsea within the said Division & Hundd. Masonaforesaid
to be high Constable of Kensington Division aforesaid in the place of the said Henry Collet< no role > and doth Order that the
said Edward Anderson< no role > do forthwith after Notice of this Order
attend and take his Oath before One of his Majestys Justices of
