Ex

paid unto them respectively for their Service This Court
upon inspecting into the Said Account being Satisfied of the
Truth of the Premisses Doth Order that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of the Said County do after he Shall have Sufficient
Money in his hands for this purpose pay unto the Said
Inspectors respectively the respective Sums of Money
abovementioned written over against their respective Names
in full of their Said Demands, and that their respective
Receipts together with this Order Shall be Sufficient
Discharges to the Said Treasurer for Such respective Payments.

By adjornment on Thursday the 17th. day of January 1754 .

Order concerning the printing
Orders of Sessions agt.
Throwers at Cocks and
Drivers of Wheelbarrows
with Dice, & for Suppressing
Unlawfull Fairs. Etc.}

It is Ordered by this Court that a proper Number of the Orders of
Sessions be printed at the Expence of this County against disorderly
Persons who throw at Cocks in the publick Streets or Passages in the
Said County, and against the Drivers of Wheelbarrows with Dice,
and also for the Suppressing of Unlawfull Fairs in the Said County
in Case there be not a Competent Number of Such Orders as aforesaid
already printed remaining in the Clerk of the Peace's Office or with
the Deputy Cryer of this Court, to the intent that a Sufficient number
of Such Orders may be posted up by the Deputy Cryer, in Order to
prevent the Abuses therein Specified.

Order for confirming the
Report of the Committee
concerning the Accounts
of Mr. John Higgs< no role > the
County Trearer, and for
making a New County Rate.}

Whereas Bartholomew Hammond< no role > , Francis Bedwell< no role > , George
Garret
< no role > and George Errington< no role > Esqrs . being a Quorum of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace of this County in this behalf appointed by Order
of Sessions of the Sixth Day of December 1753 have Certifyed unto
this Court that in obedience to the Said Order they have inspected
and perused the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of the County
Rate Money and his Disbursements thereout And they do
Certifie that by the Ballance of the precedent Rate and the Arrears
of that Rate with five Pounds reced of John Boon< no role > for driving
