delivery of a Daclaration
in Ejectment to recover
the possession of the
Whitehouse

Garden called the

Information being given unto this Court that
William Body< no role >
Tenant of a Mesuage called the White house with the Gardens
called the Mulberry Garden
& Appurts thereunto belonging
part of the Estate belonging to this County Sutuate & being in
the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell
in the Said County is lately
dead And there being Some doubt how the Rent of the
Premisses may be answered, This Court for Securing the Same
and to the intent that the Possession of the Said Premisses
may be Secured for the Benefit of this County, Doth Order
that a Declaration in Ejectment upon the demise of the Trustee
be delivered in order to recover the Possession of the Premisses
if the Court of Sessions Shall adjudge it proper to proceed
therein, And that Mr.

Attorney
at Law be
employed as Attorney therein.
