that the Same Should be paid to him It is thereupon Ordered by
this Court that the Said Mr. Higgs be at liberty to retain to his own
Use out of the Publick Money in his hands as Treasurer of this
County the Said Sum of One Pound fifteen Shillings and ten
Pence in Satisfaction of his Said Bill, And that the Said Sum
be allowed to the Said Mr. Higgs upon his Account as Treasurer
of the Said County.

By adjornment on Thursday the 14th. day of January, 1747 .

in St. John Street on Tuesday the twenty third day of February
next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon, And to inspect & adjust
the Account of Mr. John Higgs< no role > touching the Moneys by him received
as Treasurer of this County, and of his Payments thereout, And
also to peruse and inspect the Account of Mr. Thomas Wilkinson< no role >
of Moneys by him disbursed concerning Some publick Matters
relating to the Said County, And to make their Report touching
the Premisses to the Court on the County Day of the next General
Session of the Peace for this County.
