By Adjournment on Thursday the 7th Day of July 1743 .

Order for altering the
time of the Comencement
of September Sessions
1743.}

It is ordered by this Court that the time of the Commencement of the next
General Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middx (which was intended
to beginn on Monday the Fifth Day of September next) be altered
And that the same Sessions do beginn and be holden at Hicks Hall
on Thursday the First Day of the same Month of September
And that the said Sessions be holden there by Adjournment on
Friday the Second Day of the same Month for the dischargeing
of insolvent Debtors pursuant to the late Act of Parliament
Intituled an Act for the Relief of insolvent Debtors, which Sessions
will on that Day be further adjourned in respect of other Busyness.
