, was in pursuance of an Order of the
General Sessions of the peace for this County in Such
behalf made and that the offence and Misdemeanor
done to them thereby the Said Griffiths was done to
them in the Execution of their Offices as Justices of the
Peace That therefore they ought not to be at any
Costs or Charges out of their own Pocket on account of
the Said Prosecutions against the Said Griffiths, but
to be indempnifyed against all Costs Charges and
Expences on account thereof. This Court upon
Consideration of the Premisses Doth Order that the

Shillings in full for the Bricklayers Work by him done
and performed about placeing and fixing the Said Iron
Back, And that the respective Receipts of the Said
