produce before the Said Committee of Justices at their
Said meetings the aforesaid Report and also his Books of
account touching the moneys by him received and
disbursed So that his Accounts may be looked into and
Stated from the Several Ballances agreed to be in his
hands as appears by the Said Report, And also that it
may be Seen and Settled what money hath been Since
received and paid by the Said Treasurer, And what Sum
or Sums of money are remaining in his hands upon
the Ballance of his respective Accounts, And the Said
Committee are desired to make their Report touching
the premisses to the Court of the next General Session of
the peace for this County on the County day of the Same
Session, if the Stating & adjusting the Said Accounts can
be finished before that time, or else to the Court of the next
General Quarter Session of the peace for the Said County,
And this Court doth Order that the Cryer of this Court or
his Agent do give due notice to the Said Committee of
Justices of their respective Meetings at Hicks hall aforesaid
to inspect & adjust the Accounts of the Said Treasurer.

wait on his Grace the
Duke of Somersett & the
Earl of Hertford to request
their granting a peice
of ground for Building
the West end of Brentford
Bridge thereupon}

This Court being informed and well Satisfy that Brentford
Bridge in this County (which is Shortly to be new built with
brick and Stone, the Same being now in great decay & very
ruinous) doth not Stand over the River Brent in a Streight
and direct line, and that it will be more comodious and for
the preservation & Security of the new Bridge which is to
be built, instead of the old Bridge, if the Same could be built
& erected over the Said River in a Streight & direct line, But
that the Same cannot be done unless the West end of the Said
Bridge be built upon Some Ground which belongeth to his
Grace the Duke of Somersett, or in revertion to the right honble.
the Earl of Hertford Son and heir apparent of the Said Duke, And
So much of the Said Ground as may be necessary for this purpose
being but a Small peice of ground, It is thought expedient by
this Court that [..] application be made to the Said Duke of
Somersett & Earl of Hertford to desire the favour that they will
please to grant Such peice of ground for the purpose aforesaid
for a consideration to be paid for the Same if they will please
to accept thereof, And this Court doth thereupon Order that it
be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto the Comittee
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County appointed
