removed by Certiorari, and are liable to be Quashed,
considering the great Niceties and forms requisite in
Such Cases, Altho' Your petitioners have by themselves
and Council used their utmost Care and Caution
therein, Whereby it is become extremely Difficult, if
not Impossible, for your Petitioners to Execute the
Tursts reposed in them, or to Make any Contracts either
for Repairing County Bridges, or Goals, Or to Support
the Continual Charge of passing Vagrants, in regard
the performance of those Contracts must Depend
on the Validity of the Rates, and the due Levying of
them.

All which your petitioners
think themselves in Duty Bound on
Behalf of this County Humbly to
Represent, and [..] pray that
this Most Honble. House will apply
Such Remedy therein as to their
great Wisdom Shall Seem fitting.

It is Ordered by this Court that Benjamin Burroughs< no role > Ferdinand

Seven of his Maties Justices of the peace of [..] this
County be added to and they are hereby appointed to be
the Standing Committee of the Justices of the peace for the
Said County appointed by an Order made at the General
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for this County by
adjornment on Thursday the twenty ninth day of April
in the year of our Lord One thousand hundred and thirty
one to oversee the pavement of the Hay Market in the
parishes of St. Martin in the fields and St. James within
the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County, and to
take care that the Same be from time to time repaired
& maintained with all and all manner of needfull
& necessary reparations & amendments when as often as
necessity Shall be, and to do & transact Such other matters
