Christmas, Lady day and Midsumer by equall
portions, for and towards his better support
and maintenance, And that the said Pention
doe Commence from Midsumer day last past,

P adjorn Jovis 10o. die July 1729

Order for granting
a Bench Warrant
against Wm. Lonsdale< no role >
Gent High Constable
of Kensington
Division to answer
to an Indictment

It is Ordered by this Court that a Bench
Warrant be granted against William Lonsdale< no role >
Gentleman High Constable of Kensington
Division in this County in Order to apprehend
him, and oblige him together with Sureties
to enter into a Recognizance for his
Personall appearance at the Sessions of the
Peace for this County to answer to an
Indictment against him for not produceing
his Account of the Publick Money by him
received before the Court of Sessions of the
Peace for this County pursuant to an Order
of Court in that behalfe made And Mr.
John Daniel< no role > Agent to the Cryer of this
Court is to take care that the said Warrant
be forthwith Executed,
