This Court Rabeing appointed Richard
Weston of St. John Street within
Finsbury Division in this County Gent
to be high Constable of the Sd. Division in
the room of William Fletcher< no role > Gent
who hath served the Office of high
Constable of the said Division for the
space of three years, It is Ordered
by this Court that the said Richard
Weston doe forthwith attend this
Court, and take his Oath for his due
executon of the Office of high
Constable of Finsbury Division
aforesaid.

the service of
passing & receiving
of Vagrants

It is Ordered by this Court that Anthony
Buckmaster one of the petty Constables of the
parish of senthmims in this County be
and he is hereby admitted into the service
or passing & conveying of Vagrants in &
through this County for the Yeare now
next ensueing in the room & place of Thomas
Martin late one of the petty Constables of the
said Parish at the life salary of forty pounds
(which was paid to the said Thomas Martin< no role >
for the Life service ) to be allowed to the said
Anthony Buckmaster< no role > for his trouble and
expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants,
he duely performing the same, and to be
paid to him quarterly as the Court of
Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace for
this County shall in that behalfe order &
direct,
