the Court at Hickshall

It is Ordered by this Court that Edward Tickner< no role >
Gentleman high Constable of the Hundred of
Istleworth in this County doe attend this Court
at Hickshall in St. John Street in this County on
Saturday the Eighth day of June, instant at,
three of the Clock in the afternoon of the Same
day to shew Cause why he hath not paid the
respective Sumes of Money received by him
the Said Edward Tickner< no role > dureing such time
as he hath been High Constable of the Said
Hundred for Reliefe of Maimed Soldiers and
Mariners for the Marshallsea Kings Bench
and Hospitalls, and for the passing of Vagrants
unto the respective Treasurers appointed to
receive the Same, and to answer for his
Neglect therein,

Whereas It appeareth to this Court that William
Chandler Gentleman high Constable within the
Hundred of Spelthorne in this County hath
Served the said Office for the spare of Twelve
Yeares and upwards, And for as much as it is
contrary to the tenor of an Order made in
January Sessions One thousand Seven hundred
and Eighteen that any high Constable in this
County should continue in his Office above the
Space of Three Yeares and for other reasons
now Shown to this Court It is Ordered by
this Court that the said William Chandler< no role > be
and he is hereby absolutely Discharged of and
from his Said Office of High Constable,
