Money to pay 10th. to

Petty Constable of
Southmins .

It is Ordered by this Court that Thomas Jones< no role >
Gentleman Treasurer of the Moneys raised
within the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton
and Gore in this County for the Passing and
Relieving of Vagrants Doe thereout Pay
unto Anthony Backmaster< no role > one of the Petty
Constables of the Parish of Southmins in the
said County the Sume of Ten Pounds for the
Allowance made him for his trouble and
expences in Passing and relieving of Vagrants
for one Quarter of a Yeare ending at
Midsummer last, whose Receipt together
with this Order shall be a Sufficient
Discharge to the Said Thomas Jones< no role > for
such payment,

P adjorn Jovis 18 o. die July 1728.

by the Clerk of the
Peace to John
Troughton Esqr .

Whereas John Troughton< no role > Esquire one of the
Justices of the Peace of this County by reason
of his being Indisposed doth not appeare
before his majesties Justices of the Peace
now Assembled at Hickshall on this Day
pursuant to a Letter to him sent by the Clerke
of the Peace by direction of the Court of the
last Sessions touching a Complaint made against
him the said Mr. Troughton (the Substance
whereof is herein after Specifyed )It is
Ordered by this Court that another Letter be
