due and payable from them or any of them for and in
respect of the said respective Estates, from time to time
as the same shall become due and payable unto Thomas
Wilkinson Gentleman Clerke to Peter Walter< no role > Esquire
Clerk of the Peace of this County untill further Order of
the Court of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for
this County to the contrary, And that the Receipt and
Receipts of the said Thomas Wilkinson< no role > shall be a
sufficient Discharge and Discharges unto the said
Tennants respectively for such their respective payment
and payments And It is further Ordered by this Court
that Christopher Seymour< no role > Gentleman Housekeeper of
the Sessions House called Hickshall in this County
and Cryer of the Generall and Quarter Sessions of the
Peace of the said County Doe from henceforth pay
his Arrears of Rent and accrewing Yearly Rent of
Six Shillings and Eight pence by him payable for
and in respect of Hickshall aforesaid unto the said
Thomas Wilkinson< no role > untill further Order of the Court
of Generall or Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this
County to the contrary, whose Receipt and Receipts
shall from time to time be a sufficient Discharge
and Discharges to the said Christopher Seymour< no role > for
such payments,

for Rents of ye. Estate
belonging to the County
of Middx to Sr. Daniel
Dolias Knt.

Whereas divers Sumes of Money have been by Vertue
of severall Orders of the Generall or Quarter Sessions
of the Peace of this County advanced by way of Loan
by the respective Treasurers of the Moneys received
for the Relief of Maimed Soldiers and Mariners, and
for the Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls or
other Treasurers, which Sumes have been applyed
for and towards the repairing of the Sessions House
called Hickshall in St. John Street in this County and
makeing the Additionall Buildings and Alterations
thereto, and providing of Tables Chairs, Curtains and
