Esquires or any three or more of them be and they are
hereby Appointed a Committee to inspect audite and
adjust the the Accounts of the severall Treasurers of
this County and other Persons who are Chargeable as
Accomplaints for the Moneys by them received for
the Publique Use of the said County And to Examine
if any and what Arreares are Standing out and
Unreceived upon the Publique Rates made by the
Generall Quarter or Generall Sessions of the Peace
for this County, and what High Constables have made
default in not paying the same to the respective
Treasures And It is hereby recommended and
referred unto the said Committee of Justices or
any three or more of them to Assemble and meet
together for the purpose aforesaid at Hicks hall in St.
