Order cons the
granting of a
lease of James
Baynham
Whereas by Order made at the Generall Sessions of
the Peace holden for this County by adjornment on
the third day of March last It was (inter alia)
referred unto

William Colesworth< no role >
and
Matthew Hewitt< no role >
Esquires
Justices of the Peace
for this County or
any three of them to take a View of the House
and Ground called the White house
in the County
Walke within the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell
then in possession of
Samuel Fielding< no role >
(which
he held as Assignee of a Lease granted by
the Justices of the Peace of this County) And
to examine and consider if it was proper
that

should be accepted
Tenant thereof And if they adjudged him a
proper Person for a Tenant Then to ascertain
what Sume of Money should be by him laid
out in the repairing and improvement of the
Premisses, And to consider if any and what
further Term of Years might be proper to be
added to the Term of Years then in being and
at what Yearly Rent, and for that purpose to
hear what proposalls the said

thereunto, And to Report their Opinions touching
the Premisses unto Court, Now upon Report
made unto this Court, Ore tenns, by the said Mr.
Ward and others of the said Referrees that a
Lease of the said Premisses was granted by the
Trustees of this County by Indenture, bearing date the
Fourth day of June 1717 unto
