the several petty Sessions within their respective
Divisions when thereunto required by the Justices of
the Peace of this County attending such petty Sessions,
And it is hereby recomended to the Severall Justices
of the Peace of this County to take care that this
Order be effectually complyed with and put in
execution within their respective Divisions and
Parishes and to inform this Court from time to time
of such Clerkes who do refuse or neglect to do
their duty therein, And for the better notification
hereof It is further Ordered by this Court that
this Order be fixed up upon one of the pillars of
the Court and also upon the Gates of Hicks hall ,

Order for inspecting
bills of workmen,
employed repaire
the Cort at Hicks hall

This Court being informed by Alexander Ward< no role > Esquire one of
his Majesties Justices of the peace for this County that severall
Sumes of money are due to John Waring< no role > Woollen Draper
Marshall and George Whittingham< no role > Upholders Thomas Roberts< no role >
plaisterer and Henry Vanhag< no role > Joyner the Workmen lately
employed to repair the Court at Hickshall and to Cover
the Seates Table and Benches with Cloath for the better
accomodation of his Majesties Justices of the peace for this
County amounting in the whole to the Sum of Thirty Two
Pounds Ten Shillings and three pence half penny
Doth order that it be And It is hereby recomended and
referred unto John Fuller< no role > D'oyly Michel< no role > John Clark< no role >
Alexander Ward< no role > and Joseph Hayne< no role > Esquires Justices of
the Peace for this County or any two of them to inspect
the Bills of the said Workmen and delivered to Mr.
Hardisty Deputy Clerk of the peace of this County and See
if the prices therein charged are reasonable, and
