[mark] Victuallers for bringing in their old Licences or delivering out
their new Licences or on any other account whatsoever,
[mark] That the Cryer of this Court doe from time to time keep an
exact Amount of such Licences as he delivers, & of the persons
to whom the same are delivered, That all new Licences
ought to be granted to Victuallers by two or more of the
Justices of the peace, who reside in the parishes where such
Victuallers inhabit, or next adjoyning to them, That at
the time of such Generall Renewall, the Clerkes who then
attend, doe take an account in writeing of the Names of
all such Victuallers whose Licences shall be then suppressed
& alsoe of such Victuallers to whom the Justices of the
peace then present shall refuse to renew or grant
such Licences to be transmitted to, & left with the
Clerke of the peace of this County, to the end no licence
may be afterwards granted to an Victualler soe suppressed
or to any person who shall be then refused a Licence
without Applicacon made for the same in open
Sessions, That an Amount of the Licences in each
Division be printed & a List of the Names of each
Victualler delivered by the Clerke of the peace to the
Justices of the peace resideing in each, Division yearly
in Easter Sessions, That on the days appointed for
Generall Renewall of Licences, each Victualler ought
to pay to the Clerke of the peace for the Kings duty
one shilling, for his fee of entring & registring one
shilling & six pence, for the Justices Clerks one
shilling, & on granting of Licences to new
Victuallers for the Kings duty one shilling to the
Clerk of the peace two shillings & six pence, for the
Justices two Clerkes, two shillings & six pence, &
[mark] that there be paid to the present Cryer of the said
Court, for the delivery of each Licence to the
respective Victuallers, one shilling, & that no more
or greater fees be taken or paid by any person or
persons whatsoever, on Account of such Licences,
That the respective high Constables of the
