parochias Rates, and to give orders for releife of the poor, or the like
altho' Severall acting Justices of the Respective in the sd parishes,
or in the Neighbourhood, The [..] of this poor of this County are
desired to for bear acting in any of the aforesaid or life cases in any
parish where there are Justices of the peace inhiting, or in case noe
Acting Justice of the peace inhabits in the sd. parish to referr the
matters to the Justices of the peace of the Neighbouring parishes

That the better to present papists, Nonjurors, and other persons
disaffected to his Maties person & Government from keeping
Alehouses, or Selling Beer, Ale, Brandy or other liquors by Retail
whereby the have an opportunity to debauch the Minds, & alienate
the affeccons of many of his Maties good Subjects, That the Justices
of the peace of this County, before the grant any Lience be desired
to inquire into the Character of the persons applying for such
Licences, as alsoe into the Characters of the persons, who offer
themselves as Security, and that before any Licence be granted
that the Justices of the peace doe Sender the Oaths of Allegiance
Supremacy, and Abjuracon aswell to the person to whom the Licence
is granted, as alsoe to the Security: And that before the Licences
already granted (which will be expired in a Short time) be renewed,
That the Justices of the peace doe take some Care that [..] oe Licence
be granted or renewed to any person before He shall have taken
the sd Oaths of Allegiance, Supremacy & Abjuracon, and alsoe
that they doe take care That every person whose Licence shall be
granted or renewed be bound aswell as his Sureties in the
Recognizance to be taken in order to his Licence, and that the
Sureties be Persons of Substance sufficient to answer the sums they
are bound in

It is Ordered by this Court that an Order made this present day by
this Court containing therein severall Rules & direccons therein
pticularly specifyed and recomending the same to the Justices of the
peace of this County to act according thereto in their severall Divisions
be printed, and that printed coppys thereof be transmitted by the Cryer
of this Court to the respective Justices of the peace of the sd County And
that the sd Order be alsoe put into the London Gazett And It is
further ordered by this Court that charge of printing the said
Order and alsoe of putting the same [..] into the Gazett be paid
out of the Colt Money belonging to his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County by Robert Hardisly< no role > Gent Deputy Clerks of the peace
for the said County, who is to be allowed the same upon his Acct.
