Mr. Seymore will further receive, if not timely
prevented from the licences of ye Publick Houses,
if all presently delivered (clear of all charges)
£100: though Mr. Harcourt often declared after
ye Order made on the First day in January
Sessions that all things was to be performed
between Seymore & Slapp, as was on Slapps
admission now Mr. Seymore refuses to comply
wth. the same: (Vizt.) to divide the Licences & the
Sd. Seymore's Wife doth Still refuse & detain
Severall Sorts of goods, for which the
aforesaid Slapp pd. his predecessor as may
appeare before the Comittee

John Slapps agreement wth Mr. Seymore was
£60 P Annm wth 3 Months notice to be left
in writeing, and Slapp reced ye profitts of
the place, but 13 Months from the time of
the agreement, when Seymore could demand
but £65 and was then paid & had Security
for £:62.4.8 as above

Mr. Seymore will now receive above any
agreement which if the aforesd. Slapp had
reced would have lessoned his acct. of
disbursments

Which together with the Sum of £230.8s.0d
wth the aforesaid Slapp from the first to the
last Representacons to the Treasury should
have reced and is yet unpd. tho It would
not have empovered his Extra Charges in
Sessions
