Esqrs. Justices of the peace for this County & Such other
Justices of the peace for the Same Country as Shall think fitt
to be present or any three or more of them to Sumon before
them Charles Murden< no role > Gents late Trearer of the moneys
raised & Collected within the Hundreds of Elthorne
Spelthorne & Isleworth in the Sd. County by Vertue of the
respective Rates made for the raiseing of moneys for the
passing of Vagrants, for the Marshalsea Kings Bench
& hospitalls, & for re [..] of the house of Correccon at
Clerkenwell in this County, and alsoe William Munden< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
Gents present Trearer of the moneys raised by Vertue of
Severall Rates made for passing of Vagrants, and for
the Marshalsea Kings Bench & Hospitalls within the Said
Hundreds, and to inspect examine & audit the accompts of
the Sd. Severall Trearers touching all moneys by them
respectively reced by Vertue of the Sd Rates or any of
them, and how they have disposed thereof, and whether any
and what Sum or Sums of money are yet Standing out
and uncollected on the Sd Rates or any & which of them,
and from whom, And if any high or petty Constables
have made default in not takeing care to collect or get in
the Same, And to see what Sum or Sums of money (if any)
remaine due from the Said respective Trearers or either
of them upon the ballance of their Said respective accompts
And the Said Justices of the peace or any three of them
are hereby desired to certifye a State of the Said accompts
unto his Maties Justices of the peace at the next
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County.
