an accompt in writeing of the defects & wants of repaires white
shall be there found, and to make an estimate of what It will
lost to repair the same, And to give direccons & employ such
Workmen at reasonable prices for doeing Such repaires for
the imediate Security of the said Sessions house as to the said
Justices of the peace or any three of them shall seem meet
And to certifye an accompt of their preceedings touching
the premisses unto his Maties Justices of the peace at the
next Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held
for this County to the and such further direccons may
be given as they shall think proper.

Upon complaint made unto this Court by severall Inhitants
of this County that divers persons within the Weekly Bills of
Mortality in this County doe comitt great Nusances in the
publick Streets by opening their Cellar doors into the footways
and by placeing of Stalls Stands Wheelbarrows basketts of
herbs fruit and other Goods in the publick Streets lanes and
passages and alsoe suffer the pavements before their doors
to be in decay for want of repair to the great annoyance
of his Maties Subjects passing thro the Streets and Highways
upon their lawfull occacons, and that Severall idle and
disorderly persons doe frequently assemble in the publick Streets
lanes and passages and sing and disperse Seditions Songs
ballads & Pamphletts reflecting on his Maty and his Government
and that severall Inhabitants within this County doe Keep
Gameing Houses and disorderly Victualling Houses, and permitt
severall lewd and disorderly persons to remain tipling and
Misbehaveing themselves therein at unseasonable hours, and that
Severall persons blind lane or pretending to be soe or with
distorted limbs and pretending to some bodily infirmity place
themselves to beg in the Streets. Highways or passages, and that
the Constables and Headboroughs within their respective Divisions
in this County doe either refuse or neglect to apprehend and
carry such offenders before one more of his Maties Justices
of the peace for this County To the died such offenders may
be punished according to their Demerritts and the Laws in such
case made and provided In contempt of severall Acts of
