maketh Oath that
he hath searched at the Office of the Signer of Bill of
Middlesex
in the Honourable Court of Kings Bench and on
such search found that a Bill of Middlesex
was issued on the
Third Day of July in Trinity Term last against the prosecute
Ann Stewardson< no role >
at the Suit o the Defendant Mary James< no role >
in a Cause of Trover and Conversion and that the same is now
depending and undetermined and that this Deponent is informed and believes
the present Indictment is found on the Affidavit of the said
Mary James< no role >
made in that Cause of her Cause of action pursuant
to the Statute although the same so remains yet to be determined
in his Majesty's Court of Kings Bench And this Deponent
further saith that he did on the Twenty first Day of August last
serve the prosecutive with a true Copy of the Notice hereto annexed
at her House No. 21 Crown Court
