William Sutton< no role > for
stealing a Watch Etc

Joseph Hart< no role > Meyers of Crutched Friars Parish
of St. Olave's Hurt Street Doctor in Physic Maketh Oath
and Saith that on or about the twenty [..] eight day of December
last in the Year 1785 he was sent for to attend in his Profession
Capacity Nathan Marks< no role > who is Afflicted with an
Inflammatory Fever

And this Deponent saith that he is informed and believes
that the said Nathan Marks< no role > was sometime since
bound over by one of the Magistrates for the County of
Middlesex to give Evidence against the above named
Defendant at the Sessions of the Peace to be held at the
Sessions House in the Old Bailey on Wednesday next the
Eleventh day of this Instant January And this Deponent
further saith that the said Nathan marks still continues
so very ill as to be incapable of attending to give Evidence
against the said Defendant at the said Sessions without
his Attendance being attended with the most imminent
Danger from the State of his Disorder
