Who says on Wednesday nightlastthe 28th of Dec last about
the Hour of Eleven John Derby a Black man brought to this
Examinants Lodging situate as aforesaid The Brass and Iron
Tools Brass Work
and Skrew Driver< no role >
now producedwho
says the said John Darby< no role >
told him he had made aplunder of them and bid
him this Examinant to go in the morning and sell them
saysthatthe next morning being Thursday between the house
of Eight and ninetohe took all the said things except the
Skrew Driver< no role >
to a Man who keeps on Old Iron Shop in the
Back Lane
as it is called which Shop he well knows who
bought the said Things and paid fourteen Shillings for the
same to this Examinant Eleven Shillings of which he paid the said John Darby< no role >
Says he well knows the said man who bought the said Things
